We are confident you will be happy with your purchases, but if not fully satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 14 days and return the stones in their original condition. You will receive a 100% refund excluding postage. (Beware paypal may deduct a processing amount at time of refund)
All items are normally shipped on day of purchase by Royal Mail and according to the choice of purchase you make at the till.
For UK customers all purchases over £30 must be by recorded delivery and over £50 by special delivery.
For International customers all postage is by Air mail. Large Purchases over £50 are either International Signed for or Airsure when available.
Buyer pays shipping costs. Items are weighed and postage combined for multiple purchases in one session. postage is quoted on invoice.
If your country is not in our address book please let us know, we post to anywhere in the world that has an international postal service.
Other options such as Saturday delivery are available on request.....all at cost.
We make every endeavor to post packages on the same day they are ordered. Latest order times are:-
Monday to Thursday : 15:00
Friday: no post, sorry
Saturday : no post, sorry
Sunday : no post, sorry
Most post arrives the next day however around bank holidays and Christmas this can be up to 10 days.
We take no responsibility for items lost in the post but WILL supply you with Proof of Postage in order that you may make a claim against Royal Mail/the courier.
