We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, communicate with you about orders, products, services and promotional offers. We update our records and generally maintain your accounts with us. Comments you may make with reviews and tags will display {is this bit still true for the new website Cecil?  If not, just remove). Content such as help and advice and recommended merchandise that might be of interest to you, we may give an opportunity for you to receive.

PAYMENT

Online payments can be made using your Credit/Debit Card via [INSERT WHO HERE] or PayPal.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to use their service.

REFUNDS

their original condition, quantity and packaging. You will receive a 100% refund excluding postage.

SHIPPING

All items are normally shipped on day of purchase by Royal Mail and according to the choice of purchase you make at the till.  Cut-off for orders is 3pm.
For UK customers all purchases over £30 will default to Signed For.
For International customers all postage is by International Signed For.
Buyer pays shipping costs. Items are weighed and postage combined for multiple purchases in one session. postage is quoted on invoice.
If your country is not in our address book please let us know, we post to anywhere in the world that has an international postal service.
Other options such as Saturday delivery are available on request.....all at cost.
We endeavour to post packages on the same day they are ordered. Latest order times are:
Monday to Thursday: 15:00
Friday: no scheduled dispatch, but call if urgent.
Saturday & Sunday: no post, sorry

LOST IN TRANSIT

We take no responsibility for items lost in the post but WILL supply you with Proof of Postage in order that you may make a claim against Royal Mail/the courier.  Please understand this negates the risk of false claims.

We never pass on any of your personal details to any third party. Ever!!!!!!!
